When it comes to food and eating right it all boils down to discipline – knowing what to consume and when to do it. I have had to develop clean eating habits most especially to aid weight loss post baby. For breakfast I can’t go without my Oats or Alpen, its the right amount of fibre I need to kickstart my day.

For lunch I’m good with a chicken or prawn salad and dinner I try my best to play safe with the right proportion of carbs so I eat very little brown pasta, baked potatoes or grilled plantains and lots of protein to balance it out.
