Fruits are an important part of my healthy diet. They are naturally low in calories, fat, sodium and cholesterol. As a breast feeding mother I have been super conscious of my eating habits and in general making sure that I am fortified with lots of nutrients to aid in this process. Positive results are bound to be the reward of regular intake of fruits. 

I like to have fun with my fruits  by mixing a bunch and making a smoothie. I looove love my smoothies. They have helped me in getting rid of my pregnancy weight so yay to liquid lunches… LOL

You know what they say ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’.
